Final Submission Instructions

In order to submit the final version of your regular paper or poster, please follow the following steps:

1. Assure that your article complies with the IEEE CS proceedings style template.
2. Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site.
3. First-time users should do the following:
1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.
2. Enter the following:
1. 54908X for the Conference ID
2. your email address
3. a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
4. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
4. Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

For full papers only

Before creating a PDF:

1. Add the following copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document:

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-8439-8/22/$31.00 ©2022 Crown
• For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-8439-8/22/$31.00 ©2022 European Union
• For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-8439-8/22/$31.00 ©2022 IEEE

2. Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

You should now complete the IEEE electronic Copyright Form (eCF) (one form per paper, not per author).

1. Access the SeGAH 2022 Registration section at: http://www.segah.org/registration/2022/
2. Select the “SUBMIT COPYRIGHT” button in the “Registration Fees” .
3. Fill all the required information:
• Authors (please insert all co-authors names, separating them with a semicolon)
• Your Contact Email
• Article Title (Select your paper from the drop-down list)
4. Click on “NEXT” button.
5. You will be redirected to the IEEE Publication Agreement:
• The following steps will lead you through the process of either transferring copyright or licensing publishing rights to IEEE.
• STEP 1: Confirm article information.
• STEP 2: Confirm article originality and signing authority.
• STEP 3: Select the appropriate publishing agreement.
• STEP 4: Sign the publication agreement.
• STEP 5: Download the signed publication agreement.
6. To start this process, click the “Start” button.
7. Continue to enter information as prompted.
8. At STEP 4, you should scroll down the “IEEE Copyright and Consent Form” and type your name to sign. Then, select “Confirm”.
9. Your IEEE Publication Agreement is now complete.
• A copy will be emailed to you
• You can also download the completed Agreement.
10. Finally, select “Done”.
